Class action isn't even required for board spill I don't think? EGM can be held after at least 5% (unsure on exact number) of shareholders vote for it and can vote on resolutions. Was done at BGS to spill the board a few years back. As long as you have the shareholder numbers and some potential replacements, shareholders are able to do a lot within their rights. We have partial ownership in this company and as such have the power to change who works for us.
Not getting a clear update from management as to why jack and Peta left in such a manor is making me think maybe we should see what kind of numbers we have interested in a board change up. See if Peta would come back if others were booted. I think she'd do excellently if she wanted to of course. She obviously still believes in vital conversations (now owned by MEB) and the medibio product.
