As much as I'd like to give names, I am also sensitive about protecting people.
He said he was approached about a class action starting by other top SH to remove the board.
He said he was at the meeting when Jack was dismissed and it was a unanimous decision so he declined to join the action.
I'm not sure if the action is afoot.
I will ph Brian on Monday to ask.
Has any1 else got any info about this?
