When I read the announcement I thought it read something like this.
Our profit forecasts are now all f@!*ed and now turning a profit is a year behind schedule. As a token gesture we have escrowed most of our shares but left $250k each that we can sell just in case we need extra money on top of our $300k+ a year salaries. We hope to be back near the relist price by the end of the year but someone keeps selling.
Is this too synical?
