    I don't think it's a bad move at all. If he served his purpose and got the company where it is, it makes sense they now need a different set of skills to do exactly as described in amok's quote from the announcement.

    If I had to guess I'd say those were his shares being thrown into the bids though - timing seems to fit (that is literally a guess).

    I've got more bids in - I've held on since 3.3c and I'm not existing now.
