$250k Base + Super +Short term incentive (Additional 50%) + long term incentive (additional 50%).
Short Term Incentive (STI)
50% of Annual Base Salary to be negotiated on an annual basis and based on growth in NOPAT and agreed KPIs. Payable in cash or equity at the end of the Financial Year, upon completion of the audited accounts.
Long Term Incentive (LTI)
Participation in the Company’s proposed Executive Performance Rights/Share Plan equal to 50% of Annual Base Salary, based on the growth in shareholder returns
