Mate I think if I have 1.5m shares before the consol (7.5k in dollar) , then after consol I will be holding 10k shares rather than 100k?? then also I will be able to buy 150k shares at 0.02 which in total cost me 10,500 dollars. Dividing total holding of 160k shares gives me 0.065625 per share which gives HAR MC of 3.3m when the acquisition is done.
So your calc is actually same as my table above then. Thanks mate.
