Don't forget the rights are renounceable so if you buy now you can sell your rights on market.
1m shares = 6,666 shares (post consolidation) plus 100,000 rights
example
1,000,000 at 0.4c = $4000
6,666 at 60c = $4000
When the 15 for 1 rights start trading you'd need the price to be near 4c to get your money back on a 0.4c purchase pre consolidation
Question is if you like the stock, whether it's better to buy now at 0.3c/0.4c and secure a decent position size or wait till later and hope there's a better entry plus some liquidity via the rights trading. I guess the lead broker/corporate advisor will snap up any shortfall from the rights at the equivalent of around $1m cash and $1m market cap plus the potential for a future US3.5m cash injection from the Selenge project.
