I also see this as a well run company with heaps of experience they have kicked many goals in the past couple of years in progressing the company forward.
No I don't have a crystal ball on coal prices I believe they have bottomed and after speaking to Matt Crawford MD of Cqc he believes they have also and the Chinese believe they have settled as well!
The China's, Indias, Japan's, Indonesia's if this world are growing and will need energy (coal) to develop their economy's well into the future
yes it's true coal is out of favour
Buy low sell high! With this very tight register if investors want in they will pay high prices to get a decent holding !
FMG and iron ore was out of favour now it's up 35% in a few days as the price moved up and some investors took on some risk trying to pick the bottom.
I think CQC is in a great position with their large deposit (moorlands) low strip ratio next to great infurstructure and with their big shareholder Beijing guoil backing them to succeed.
This project will be very robust when they get it up and running, cash will roll in and the SP will move one way up!!
