A novel idea would be for administrators to clearly let shareholders know what will happen to them. Rather than just focusing on creditors and their desire to get some money back... Both shareholders and creditors put money into this company in different ways. But both groups supported the company. Not just creditors. And let's keep it real, quite often the creditors got a far better deal than holders who have been repeatedly diluted due to con notes etc to the point of being a total farce. While creditors were assigned great deals. Both creditors and shareholders have been crapped on from a very tall building. But both should have clarification on how the DOCA impacts on what was invested in MIZ moving into the future.... All that being said.... I thought I had zero. So will be happy to hold something. Never know what could happen if gold soars. Management were screwed by their own actions and the Gold price. But there is no point trying to make ex directors etc accountable as Teflon never sticks and more money would be wasted trying to prove that they were inept or even worse. If only the old fella with connections in Peru came back earlier... Perhaps that glimmer of hope may return with a new company... Just as long as us shareholders have some stake. Sorry for the long winded post. Also... Eddie Sugar has a stake here, Rex harbour and some other high profile investors are also in the red. So they must have seen something before previous management bent us all over.
