Can't be bothered to read the entire report to creditors but it looks like DCF & SilverStream will come out ok. The rest of us will get 2.4-2.6% so existing shares will be close to worthless (options I don't know).
'The Torrecillas assets will be transferred to a separate Andina vehicle'.
I'm a bit confused about what is actually left and what will continue to trade on the ASX.
They will however give you an opportunity to participate in the next CR.
Maybe that is the only chance to make something out of this debacle if you really believe the Peruvian story.
Anyone keen to chip in?
If someone has researched Andina and could share their findings it would be most appreciated.
Also, any litigation against former directors will get nowhere, only line the administrators/lawyers pockets.
