So it turns out BoDs are only responsible for creating "value".
The "price" apparently is set by the market and the directors can't be held responsible for the share price.
Silly me.
Who else thinks this is weasly BS?
How is it that directors who have so many shares (which is supposed to align there interests to ours) seem to be accepting a ridiculously low share price. Shouldnt they (as the have the cash no doubt) being providing buying pressure at these bargain basement prices?
Is Mr Market that insane to be valuing us less than 1.7c a share?
