Hi Monhawks,

I used to hold EGO recently and noted that you did as well...I was considering re entering EGO after the dust settled from their latest,undersubscribed, EI/CR/RI or whatever you want to call it.

I bailed as soon as it was announced to preserve capital.

My question to you is ...What is SBN supposed to be?

I just spent the last 4 hours researching it and it seems to be all over the place.

It seems obvious to me that ,from observations by other posters here recently that 0.2c was being gobbled up at a fast pace in the last 2 weeks, someone knew about the EGO negotiations failing any other substantial,near term, news on the horizon.

The last financial report is pretty woeful....how the hell are these guys going to raise $8M + and take a 25% position
in EP 389 from EGO....any comments?

It all seems strange to me from both sides of the fence...EGO's and SBN's.

Nothwithstanding all the mystery bits and questions,it would appear to me that a surge in the SBN stock by noon tomorrow could be on the cards.

You should note that EGO have not released any specific information regarding this move,yet SBN has.

There will be be screams and shouts from the EGO holders about unfair play ...why was EGO not in a trading halt and why was the farminee not nominated today.

After all SBN has given details far beyond anything that the EGO holders are aware of pertaining to this deal with SBN.

Sloppeee! ..but that's my opinion.

In any case I will check it out early in the morning before deciding to chuck some coin into SBN's coffers.

If it flies tommorow there will no doubt be a speeding ticket from the ASX and possibly a follow up by the regulator.

I also note that there will have to be a new prospectus issued..correct me if I am wrong.

If it works out it might not be a bad deal for you guys....better than for the EGO holders in the near term....but that also my opinion based on the very quick research I have done.

I could be badly mistaken but I will know more tommorow.

No advice given or intended...it's your money ..spend it wisely. Thorough research is required here but I do not have the time tonight to spend 12 hours on it.Caution is required with all speccies...especially sub 1c "no form" speccies.
