Existing shareholders[if they do not participate in any of the placements]are going to be severely affected by first additional dilution and then subsequent consolidation of shares.It appears to me that to obtain the so called loyalty aspects of this arrangement[and maintain our current shareholding status] current shareholders must participate in the placements or be shafted.They will probably make this project work but if we do not keep our shareholding in tact relative to others all current shareholders will be shafted.
