More broadly, it is good discipline to look for the negatives and be glass half empty. That way if you cut it multiple different ways and can't find any deal breakers, then you know you are still on a good opportunity. Results like this are where a lot of the nasties can be quantified.

Just from a quick glance i think you miscalculated it in your earlier post. 33% rather than 66% will be converted. Given they were initially saying 100kt per year it probably makes sense..
