Billions of discounted shares. Mr Del Piano and co not happy with 60% discount to market, recently increased it to 90% discount. Amazing they can get away with it. It's got to be the cheapest placement I've seen apart from recaps where lawyers, brokers etc issue themselves millions for next to nothing.
If you look at Mr Del Piano's late notice released 12 June, his average buy in price was 0.028c so approx 250% profit on offer at 0.1c for anyone who took part in placements at similar average price over past 12 months.
