    This is an accident waiting to happen.....Has anyone noted the mass recovery percentages?...Ridiculously low ( Average 3-4% )...equals massive costs against discounted DSO rates and consequent minimal margins..the 2 vanadium plays that I follow have a recovery of 80% for their fresh rock material meaning that these guys have to dig up some 20 times the material ( eg strip ratio nightmare )....good luck
