I have put the MC of this company at closer to 9.5mil and an ev of 7.5 mil. When I look at the MC I include all listed shares as well as those that are escrowed and performance shares (24mil on top of your figures). I will also usually include any options that are in the money but in this case it is zero.
I still think at 7mil EV it is still undervalued and hence topped up again this morning. Still holding all my CR shares.
