A company can disclose broad objectives to the market including production goals, capex and opex without drilling a hole. They can't use inferred resources for studies which could effect the scale and costs of an operation. I chat to management groups from time to time, the common element for the most part is telling the investor what they want to hear for questions they can or want to answer. At some point you need you need back your own judgement. The current plan does not deliver a payback i want, there is a lot of upside if GPH has run a conservative business plan as shown by the performance of its peers.
