An analogy springs to mind (probably because it's school holidays):
Rox has been in primary school the last few years and done ok. Although some people think he wears the Dunces hat. Lately though he has produced some good results but its the final year before high school so he needs to crack on and see if he can snag a scholarship at the prestigious Developers College. Otherwise it's the local Drilling High and eventually a job at Maccas.
But competition is great as there's some very sharp students around with better results and cashed up parents.
Can little Rox make the grade?
