Check my posts on AZS and my posting history. It's hard to be insulted by someone who doesn't command respect.

Next I think you can check the history of your CEO and find that he does indeed have experience and credentials.

The reality is that results are not guaranteed and this is a numbers game and a waiting game.

And AZS took a Looong time before we got results. But a highly prospective area, plus expertise, meant it finally did.

Lastly, I'm nobody's 'mate' if you meant that in the way that men address eachother. I'm female. I suppose in your world, that counts against me too?
