BKT will get more for their product if they can follow in the footsteps of MNS, which is:

1. prove they can consistently produce a 99%+ TGC basic clean natural acid-free vanadium-free concentrate. (i am not sure of the exact number but will ask. MNS had 99.2% in their feasibility study) and;

2. prove their concentrate can make good quality spherical graphite for batteries & anode that meets benchmarks for electrical conductivity.

in addition:

3. they will get even more for their product if they can prove a higher than ordinary "yield" when sphericizing. SYR concentrate has a 50% yield when sphericizing. MNS claim to have a 75% yield when sphericizing. Tanzanian graphite is better than Mozambique graphite & BKT graphite, like MNS, is very clean, without vanadium. so hopefully, BKT can obtain a better than average sphericizing 'yield', of at least 65%.

4. if BKT tick the above boxes, their product should be highly demanded & their proposed mine target 100,000 tonnes per annum of output

as i previously said, the fact that BKT obtained exceptional concentrate grades shows they are working hard & getting the best out of their metallurgical contractors
