FML has 15mill in enviro bonds for the project that's going be refunded ... so we will need to pay for those one would think ... 5mill + scrip to FML which gives us a good amount of time to get the plant 18months ? (another 10mill) into shape and reserves drilled up (2-3mill) Mining CAPEX ?? ongoing admin etc ...
Now for sure JP and team wouldn't have approached FML without finance backing which I'm sure we will find out soon enough who it is and how much of a newly merged company they will be getting...
Do you know that as fact regarding the value of the bonds, or it that just based of a comment on the FML thread? I suspect the bonds will be debt funded. But you are right someone will be backing all this. Could be deals involving the major players with links to the IRC/MRP boards, a lot of experience between them. Assets sales and debt funding will be part of it aswell.
