The only thing stopping the FML deal is a higher bidder and given the goldprice that could well happen. If they finalize the FML deal they'll be a producer in 2020 imo, not 2021. I suspect IRC would be trying to get something binding from FML asap.
And Menzies, Goongarrie +EGS, well...it does meet the game plan but they'd need cash up front, so less likely.
