167% increase on only an MOU.
EXM was up 30% before ANN. The leakiest ship I've ever seen.
After following ODN, the exact same management team controls EXM. Months on, ODN deal has still not been publicly completed.
Wouldn't touch this stock with a 10ft pole until the management can prove they can seal at least one deal with ODN after a history of multiple failures.
