    First of all this is the reason why "investing" is stocks so such a joke, the directors never work for the mum and dad holders, as we have seen here, why does PXG have to accept this offer?
    can someone just explain that to me?
    Are we short on funds? does pxg just have like $100,000 cash on hand and the gold price is AUD$800/oz and we are desperate?
    Why cant pxg just go it alone and build castle hill on its own?
    why do we have to be sold into slavery by our directors?

    ======================================================

    2nd Point I wanna make is, yes the gold price has slumped down to AUD$1545 from around AUD$1620, BUT what happens when NOV 15 comes and I still haven't sold PXG on market, and I haven't accept the EVN deal.
    What happens to my stock?

    ===================================================

    lastly, do you guys think with the gold price around AUD$1550 now, there is still a chance EVN will get pumped up to $1.45+ in this last week to get pxg holders to sell out?

    thanks guys, I swear on my mothers grave, this is the LAST time Im every buying any stock in my entire life, no matter how good the prospects are, no matter who the directors are, no matter who is backing the co., no matter how much cash on hand they have, pxg has proven to me, again, that even a co. with all the above can end up being a total loser at the end, pxg is one lesson I will never forget, that lesson is never to touch any stock every again, from now on im sticking to buying physical gold/silver and stacking cash, that's it, ive had a gut full of gutless directors who throw mum and dad holders under a bus for whatever reason they have.
