The problem is they are not allowed to extend the offer period in the last five trading days before the end of the offer period without increase the offer. They've already declared the offer best and final so they are not allowed to increase the offer. Those still not accepted the offer will have difficulty to sell on market so the best option is accept the offer before it is too late.
