Ann: EVN: Phoenix Board Recommends Revised Offer, page-14

I wondered if anyone could explain to me as a shareholder what this all means? Do my shares get converted into EVN or do I have to sell by a certain date?

I bought these shares when the price went so low that the T/O potential with recent M/A in Kalgoorlie became very likely. This gamble has paid off for me but I am unsure of where I stand now.

Any advice on the merger on PXG into EVN and what it means would be great.

Newbie in this sort of position.
