Yes. Let's hope if they come with an offer its not a connivance like the last one or they will be sitting on their shares/offer for a very long time as Billis won't sell out cheap. I actually can't understand why they would want to hold this position. It only gives them a 7.3% interest in the profit stream from the EKJV and if they took over TBR and RND the 49% share of the EKJV is only fairly and sensibly worth $150 million according to Bill Beaumont. EVN have effectively paid $41.3 million for a 7.3% share of the ELJV or $277.2 million for a 49% equivalent. Bill must be sitting back laughing at how much over the odds EVN paid.....lol

In all seriousness they sure got their shares cheap offf the bankster mafia. $3.73 a piece. It's nice to have friends in high places.... and some people here talk anout shady goings on. If they opened their eyes they would know who is truly shady.Esh
