Treat LL as a fully funded discrete project.

The Options, if exercised will bring in $30m. So at a worst case scenario you need to add that to the numerator, which you have ignored; so +$30m.

Secondly; what is that $30m going to be used for?

The $30m will be applied to developing Azuay, which a scoping study has already alluded to a possible profit to EVG of +$234m.

So, in terms of misleading; your calc's need to take into account either a $30m increase in numerator or by using some foresight $234m... so who's misleading?

If you are going to alter one side of the equation you need to alter the other side.

However, people seem to agree with you so, hey. More than willing to keep taking people's shares at this price if people aren't happy with EVG or can't see what is developing :)
