    Don't forget the option money will fund the Equador project, then cashflow from LL and Equador will fund Peru. So if the options come into the NPV calc, NPV for Equador projects should aswell. I don't know what the NPV is for EVG with all of its projects, but it should be many multiples of the current shareprice, which is why I guess it seems so undervalued.
