re: Ann: EVG in advanced negotiations with Ma... It is all a matter of opinion --- but from my observations it is difficult to put a value on mining shares especially if we start using methods used for industrial companies.

Today's announcement could be exciting and substantial --- the only negative being the continued growth (explosion) in issued shares.

Hopefully this is the end of it ---- but we have said that before --- in July 2007 when I first became interested in EVG there were 97 million shares --- now we have 350 million plus maybe another 100 million placement coming up --- and the 230 million new options.

But I digress --- back to valuations ---- I am in mining shares for the blue sky so to speak.

*** If by this time 12 to 13 months --- EVG has Las Lagunas up and running successfully --- we not only have a successful mining and cash generating operation --- we also have a successful commercial application of the Albion Process --- and a company with market credibility ---

Combine this with a Gold price which has the potential to be anywhere between $1000 and $2500/ ounce ---- the potential of a major Latin American Group with exceptional commercial experience internationally and throughout Latin America as a significant shareholder --- further projects in the pipeline ---- and the real possibility of a bull market in junior gold miners ---- the price potential of EVG is capable of surprising us all.

None of us can say it is or isn't going to happen ---- but all the ingredients are there for success --- along with plenty of ifs and buts.


As for the new options if EVG are trading around 10 cents --- I wouldn't be surprised to see 4 cents for the options --- no formula here just a guess --- going on how EVGOA traded in the past.


Don't put to much value on what I say ---- it is a big game of chance we play.
