My own personal take is:

I prefer the forward selling option, other stocks to raise capital in this financial environment are seeking MASSIVE dilution, offering sophisticated and intelligent investors extensive amounts of shares at cheaper than share price rates. The forward selling option protects the share price and Brian Johnsons, yours and my investment.

Forward selling is not without risk, the risk for me is negated by the current global financial situation:

*Continued deflation - flight to gold
*Inflation (if they can actually get it going) - flight to gold

At no immediate point do I see a stabalization, the securitization mess that has built up over the last 10 years will need at least 5 years to sort out, we have only had 2.

There is also a risk with production rates, but hey we are investing in an explorer, come production Speccie, aren't we?
