"Fundamentally" at this point in history one could argue there is a remarkable disconnect in the market between price and value - and I mean at both ends of the stick. Even Gerry Harvey is in on it. Saw an interview the other day where he was spruiking the value of buying into HN because they will pay around 10% div and then glossed over the fact the SP has dropped from around $5 down to $3 over the past 12 months.
