reading through the AGM agenda - it looks like they are going to majorly dilute the company to top execs effectively unconditionally while the share price is below IPO?
Please tell me that i am wrong. I mean they have conditions but it dilutes at a sale at any price or a million of other conditions that make it effectively unconditional.
