Ann: Eugene Island 62,63,76 and 77 Leases Awarded, page-6

Am I missing something here? In last year's reserves report EI63/76 reclassified reserves to resources, resulting in a 0.45mmboe change. This implies that EI63/76 had 0.45mmboe of resources after the reclassification.

In the latest announcement they have said that the four blocks have 12,600 mbo - so 12.6mmboe. That is a 28 fold increase if my maths is correct.....

Can someone pick a hole in my maths/logic? Otherwise that announcement has gone right under the radar (which it clearly has anyway!!).
