Companies with no SP insulation at present or who haven't disclosed a commercial plan are getting stripped the most,, any non performing stocks or those with little or no timeline are being put in the risky basket,,, remember some of the minor Biotechs have income,, BOT has not demonstrated the ability to complete a commercial transaction and generate income,, sure it may be coming but the market like Certainty ,, I find the wider market is the devils advocate,, by not announcing when commercialisation will take place and a circa amount that shareholders can satisfy a return from , the market read "no Plan",, the Biotech and Baby Pharma sector has changed and those that don't keep pace will find it difficult to compete for Investor dollars..
