One thing to remember is that the individuals within this organisation - Griffiths, Callahan, Bosch and Towner know their way around the space of doing deals.

The next key apart from the successful completion of phase 2 is the formation of a major collaboration with a distribution partner.
I do not think any interested party will be sitting on their hands waiting until the end of the trials before making a move. It would make sense to be conducting those discussions now and for any interested party to be making a move with an MOU or similar so as to be the front runner as the story unfolds.
There are a few elements as to why this will be of interest to a global - its disruptive, cannabinoid, massive market, volume sales, regulatory approvals will be in place,
It would not surprise me to see an announcement re partnership collaboration in the near future.
If you were the product manager of company's such as Proctor & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser Group etc would you not be in discussions with Botanix? Remember BOT has the march on the market at this stage due to its rapid progress to the trial stage. It is happening now. Existing products that controlled this market will be coming under fire and the owners will be looking to ensure they do not lose out - it makes for some interesting negotiations
Or maybe a new party will enter the negotiations saying we want the first product and the option to marketing any subsequent product releases.
