Low for a reason, I will say. 40 something employees in 5 countries (according to their annual report). Been around for 14 years(under various configurations) etc. Points to a company stuck in the start-up mode.
NIST? even university departments partners with NIST. No big deal. The new ann on DMR sounds interesting, but lacking in details. What are deliverables and when. If you have to make a price sensitive ann about a $1.5m contract on DMR (the simplest of them all in critical communication), all you are saying is LOOK AT ME, PLEEEEEEASE.
I will tread carefully.
