Probably because they haven't actually found anything yet. Also I think most investor confidence went out the window with the apparent leaked results for the overhyped lithium absent historical cores, then final nail in the coffin was the recent trading halt followed by lithium absent cores.
What's ESR worth if nothing significant is found? 1c even?
