Less than a week ago ESR entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement with a company in China with assets in excess of AUD $4 billion. So by the sell off today, traders are assuming that this "little" hole in the wall company with $4 billion in assets have no business sense at all to enter into as agreement with ESR. Really, come on people, some common sense here please.
