Well mate I was wondering where the electric came from that runs the jumbo, vent fans and don’t forget the pumps.  
these gensets would be significant in number and size cost a lot to install and remove and sit in place for the wet seaon


To me me the biggest threat is the energy source not ability or site preparedness or rvr. 
Not even a flooded road is a problem as this is only temporary
