Electricity only effects the mill and it not only has sufficient spare capacity to make up for days lost but has a two week stockpile waiting...the mine operates or can operate with generators I believe...plus they have upgraded the whole electrical system..last year the bulk of the costs were mine related not power related but it certainly didn't help..also downtime can be used for maintenance so is not totally wasted.
Last year there was an issue with serious flooding, which prevent staff from getting to work, not a common event and once again the plant can easily make up for lost days, it would just add some staff costs.
IMO Weather has largely been eliminated as anything more than a nuisance , over a year one bad month ( more likely a few days) of production can be recovered in the next 11 months and more likely in the next month...
