re: Ann: EPW: ERM Power rejects Empire's ... Following discovery of that snippet from the ASIC website I found this bit in the annual report:

Perth Resources Limited has advised the Company
that is was unable to provide the funding pursuant
to the EP454 shallow rights Farmin having failed to
list its security on the ASX and therefore has
formally withdrawn.


I'm not sure why this, like the legal fees, is the first we are hearing about it.
