If you are right - then the drop in the earnings is only ard 3.3%, and not that high as mentioned in some postings lately. Hence, if EPW intends to maintain the payout ratio at 78%, the dpu payout should not drop to 4 cpu for FY2017.

It still hasn't informed us of why analyst consensus is at 5 cents per share - and why the broker who sponsored the IPO has a sell on it...
