i dont get it.
Is the boards job to look after the best interests of the business or the best interests of the share holders?
Surly they need to seriously consider the offer.
Id rather make an instant 20% than have to fork out a whole lot of fresh cash.
Just about anyone who bought stock this year would make a profit at 60cents!
