Fair enough, as the boxes get ticked off and Coldry moves into construction we all hope the market cap will continue to rise. With the rise in marketcap I dont think we'll see such discounts to ELF again.
I know many people who have already paid off their ELF early due to the incentives on offer and if this gets the final ticks needed I think others will be jumping at the remaining discounts regardless of the marketcap.
