The main reason why the SP hasnt increased in the past 12 months is because an additional 2b shares were added to the register since that time due to ELF.
The value of the company is determined by its market cap. The MC at the time was $30m when the SP was 1c. Today the MC is $50m and the SP is still 1c.
So in effect the company's valuation has almost 75% in 12 months.
