"ECT would like to confirm receipt of the frozen RCA and subsequently signed the RCA post Board Meeting this morning. Our Indian Partners have advised that an official signing ceremony will be held on March X date and we look forward to providing further updates... Would love to say imminently but I think we are all damaged by that saying..
