Saw this on Rueters yesterday as well. Seems significant for Australian coal industry although I was surprised to see imports through Dalian comprise only 1.8 per cent of Australia’s total coal exports.
Not sure it will have material impact on ECT unless they are looking for a way to upgrade their own coal deposits....hmmm wouldn't that be nice.
