I am not in ELF.
However this is an enticing incentive program and very generous discount.
I am sure ELF holders wish to take up the incentive program will do their due diligence to get a feel that things will happen by 31st March 2019.
For fence sitters, window shoppers and waiting to top up people, the strength in subscription could help them to move.
Which means we may have to wait at least until 20th March 2019 to get an announcement on the number of subscriptions, amount raised and oversubscriptions if any.
